Health & Safety Policy
Principal Builders is committed to the aim of creating and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. In pursuance of these goals the Company will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards; and where adequate laws do not exist, apply standards that reflect the Company's commitment to health and safety.
- Ensure that its employees and contractors are informed of the health and safety requirements, and understand their obligations in this respect.
- Involve its employees and contractors in the improvement of occupational health and safety performance.
- Train and hold individual employees accountable for their area of responsibility.
- Manage risk by implementing management systems to identify, assess, monitor and control hazards and by reviewing performance.
Environmental Policy
It is also Principal Builder’s policy to achieve a high standard of environmental care consistent with its role as a responsible business operation. In pursuance of these goals the company will.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards; and where adequate laws do not exist, apply standards that minimize any adverse environmental impacts resulting from its operations.
- Ensure that its employees and contractors are informed and aware of their environmental responsibilities.
- Ensure that it has management systems to identify, control and monitor environmental risks arising from its operations.
