Mohammad Najeeb Haroon is the founder and Chief Executive of Principal. He has been running this organization successfully with a steady growth maintaining an excellent reputation for the last years. Principal has so far delivered over 150 fast track projects worth billions of rupees. Prior to establishing Principal, Najeeb Haroon gained experience with well known organizations like Gammon Pakistan, Maymar Pakistan and Conforce Ltd. He also worked in Saudi Arabia for several years on responsible and demanding positions.

Salman-ur-Rahman brings with him over years of very rich experience in Structural Engineering, Project Management and Construction Contracting. He has diversified experience ranging from heavy engineering projects like cement plants to ID works for multinationals and banks. His charming personality and inter-personal skills adds a softer dimension to the often very demanding construction field.
Mohammad Mohib Haroon did his Bachelors and Masters from USA. As a graduate in Construction Management from Purdue University he brings with him state-of–the–art project management know how. As a young and energetic engineer he is fully committed in bringing vitality to the organization. It is expected that he will not only add laurels to Principal but would also contribute in modernizing the construction industry in Pakistan.
Following the footsteps of his brother, Mohammad Omar Haroon has recently joined the organization after completing his Bachelors and Masters in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. His focus in academics remained on Construction Management and System Designing. His knowledge and enthusiasm will play an important part in the organization, and high expectations are set for him in the future.
Mohammad Hamza Haroon has recently joined the organization after completing his Masters in Construction Economics and Management from University College London. His knowledge on Sustainable Construction Techniques is essential for future growth of the company and high expectation are set from him in the future.
Mr. Akbar Karim is heading the construction division of the company and is responsible for all site related matters. He is the driving force of the company and has successfully completed several prestigious projects on-time or before time. His long association with the organization and his hands on approach at site has made him a role model for all aspiring members of the organization.
Mr. Naveed Haroon is playing an anchor role in the head office of the organization. He is looking after the financial & accounting operations. He oversees a team of accounting professionals and provides valuable information to the technical team for the purpose of cost control so that profitability is not compromised. All administrative matters are also looked after by him.
Mr. Usmani is a senior banker who held several administrative positions with a prestigious bank. He also served as a Director with Vital Information Services Pvt. Ltd. which is the parent company of JCRVIS, the credit rating company. He oversees the HR and Administrative matters of the organization. He is also responsible for the Health, Safety and Environment functions at the organization.
Mr. Sheikh has been with the company right from its inception. With his experience in Tendering and itemized pricing, he sets the ball rolling from the job procurement stage. He also looks after project billing, liaison with the project consultants and clients for recoveries. He also monitors the execution of the contract from the head office.
Mr. Imran Siddiqui has long association with the organization. His rich and diversified experience in project planning and site management has made him an expert in project execution. He has successfully completed several heavy engineering projects, including Cement Factories, Steel Mills, and Power Plants.
